Your questions
How long do eyelash extensions last, and when is an infill needed?
Extensions shed gradually with the natural lash cycle. To keep the look even, an infill is usually recommended after approximately 2–3 weeks. Retention varies with the natural lash cycle and aftercare. After a longer interval, depending on how many extensions remain, a new set may be needed instead of an infill.
How long does eyelash extension application take?
CORI sets aside around 2 hours for a new set. The duration may vary slightly with the number of natural lashes, the chosen effect and each client’s individual features. The CORI catalogue indicates approximately 2 hours for 1D, 2D, 3D and Volume; an infill also takes approximately 2 hours.
When can I get my eyelash extensions wet after application?
After application, Corina explains the aftercare suited to the products and adhesive used. During the first hours, it is recommended to avoid rubbing the eyes, intense steam and sauna.
What is the difference between 1D, 2D, 3D and Volume?
With 1D, one extension is applied to one natural lash for a discreet result. 2D uses two very fine fibres in a fan for slightly more density, while 3D uses three very fine fibres for a more visible effect. Volume offers greater density. The choice is based on facial features, natural lashes and the desired result.
Can I ask for a very natural effect?
Yes. The effect is chosen according to your eye shape, natural lashes and preferences.
